It is time to reconnect with friends, and make some new ones. Dec 8th - join Jane Garvey, Verella Osborne & Steve Smullin as they present and coordinate our program: Build Your Knowledge, Connections and Resources.

On the legislative front, learn about the new laws that will be taking affect at the end of the year. The rules have been approved for complying with the new JUST Housing Ordinance in Cook County. Verella Osborne will share her insights to that and the push to seal eviction records. Jane Garvey will share updates on activity in Springfield, and the new requirements for investors and landlords as the new year approaches. Learn about service animals, criminal screening, immigrant protections, wholesaling, as well as what updates on South Holland and Zion.
