Prior to Cranson Capital, Rocky was a Vice President in Investment Banking at CIBC World Markets where he focused on mergers and acquisitions for domestic clients and was involved in debt and equity capital raisings across a number of sectors. Prior to CIBC, Rocky worked at a leading Canadian independent investment bank where he focused on capital raising (both public offerings and private placements) and M&A for mid-cap real estate clients.
