The Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) is an international member governed trade association for professional Home Stagers, working together to advance professionalism and excellence in Real Estate staging.

The Dallas Chapter was formed to provide an avenue for networking with other industry professionals, a resource to help stagers grow their businesses, and ongoing education to bring legitimacy to the Staging Industry on a local level.

RESA Dallas is committed to providing peer-to-peer support for all chapter members, while promoting education to real estate agents, home owners and the general public regarding the value and benefits of Staging.

The RESA Dallas Chapter is open to all real estate professionals, business affiliates and anyone interested in networking and learning more about real estate staging. Realtors are invited to join RESA free of charge.

Non-Realtor Guests are invited to visit twice for a $5 fee each visit. If you like us (and we hope you do) GREAT! Here are what the next steps are;

Realtors are always FREE TO ATTEND!

If you are a home stager or looking to become one you will need to join RESA (http://www.realestatestagingassociation.com/) Nationally first after the initial 2 visit limit (please visit the RESA National website (http://www.realestatestagingassociation.com) for more details on how to join) and then join us on the local level at the RESA Dallas Chapter. Dallas Chapter dues are only $50.00 a year per member.

If you are a business affiliate and wish to network with our group after the initial 2 visit limit, the investment for a year membership in the RESA Dallas Chapter is only $100.00.

Please note: Local Chapter membership applications are available at each meeting or can be emailed to you. Dues for local chapter memberships are paid for at our meetings by card, cash or check.

Please NOTE: Our RESA Dallas Board Members only will be meeting each month prior to the scheduled General Meeting. If you arrive early please allow us to complete our brief board meeting before to entering the room. We appreciate your understanding!
