They have a lot of experience to share as they have a vast portfolio of projects including lease options, flips, rentals, multi-family and new constructions including SFRs, Townhome / Rowhouse developments, multi-family complexes and subdivisions.
We are frequently joined by self-directed IRA expert Ruben Villaneuvo from Service Financial.
We do NOT pitch products or services during our workshop - the objective is to share knowledge.
While we try to tackle different subjects on different weeks - we keep it to Questions / Answers Format.

We will arrange to have the food delivered by 6:15PM. On the website, it says that it might take up to 45 minutes for delivery. So, please have your order in by 5:30PM on Wednesday (11/30), so that it gets there on time. We chose Thai VP (Thai Cuisine) to try this out. Everybody pays for what they order.
