Welcome to the Real Men Meetup!

This is a bi-weekly series of gatherings, organised by Roald, Robin, Joachim and Arland, in which we'll work with many of the themes which are important to us as men.

In every Meetup we create a deeper presence and stronger brotherhood between those participating.

The Real Men Project is about being authentic, dropping the masks of social conditioning, and being the kind of man that YOU are.

The more you experience this, the more it becomes part of your daily life, influencing everything you do.

The meetups also serve as an introduction to the further work we do with the Real Men Project.

Evenings include meditation, bodywork and movement,
exercises to deepen connection and presence,
sharing about your life,
giving & receiving feedback

—WHAT IT'S NOT—
These evenings are not chat groups.
There will be sharing, but the main focus is on being Present.
In the end, it's not so much about the stories, but more about the experience.
