What we're about

Whether you are seeking a raw plant based community or just interested in learning more about the real and raw food life style, this is the group for you.  Learning how eating at least 51% raw is needed to provide your body with enough digestive enzymes to process the nutrition you consume.
Have you ever wondered how Raw Chefs prepare their meals?   Interested in trying a variety of foods without having to prepare each of them yourself?  Then join us in person around Tampa Bay to network and build community with other health focused individuals.  =
My name is CoachSusie and I am an Holistic Success Coach who believes in
Traveling Towards Tranquility Together.  This means that we need to be able to seek balance by
Increasing Nutrition & Decreasing Toxicity for our
Body:  Physically -   fun in the sun - kickball, bike rides, walks, and more
Mind:   Intellectually - interesting speakers, presenters, videos and more.
Heart: Community -  Connecting and giving of ourselves to others
Soul: Connecting and nurturing our spirit to a power greater than our selves as we personally understand that.
I look forward to meeting each of you personally at a future social, educational, supportive, or community event.

QiGong In the Park (near Tampa Zoo)

Lowry Park

This park is beautiful place for Qiqong. Being in nature by the water and trees has so many benefits alone. There are also many pavilions that we could move to if it does rain so come rain or shine.

What is Qigong?

Qigong, which is sometimes spelled Chi-Kung (and pronounced chee-gung), is the study and practice of cultivating vital life-force through various techniques, including:

Breathing techniques (http://www.takingcharge.csh.umn.edu/explore-healing-practices/breathwork)

Postures

Meditations (http://www.takingcharge.csh.umn.edu/explore-healing-practices/meditation)

Guided imagery (http://www.takingcharge.csh.umn.edu/explore-healing-practices/imagery)

Qi means "breath" or "air" and is considered the "vital-life-force" or "life-force energy." Qigong practitioners believe that this vital-life-force penetrates and permeates everything in the universe. It corresponds to the Greek "pneuma," the Sanskrit "prana," or the Western medical conception of "bioelectricity."

Gong means "work" or "effort" and is the commitment an individual puts into any practice or skill that requires time, patience, and repetition to perfect.

Through study, the individual aims to develop the ability to manipulate Qi in order to promote self-healing, prevent disease, and increase longevity.

I will be guiding you through a very easy Qi cleansing to cleanse your body, mind, and soul by gathering Qi and to also send Qi and love back to Earth, all of your loved ones, and to all of life that will aide healing for us all to thrive.

There is a critical importance for peace of mind, peace in the world, health improvement, and a sustainable capacity to master stress. Qiqong is a great tool for all this and more.

Qiqong is a practice of purposefully accessing the energy of nature to accelerate natural healing. Producing free medicine in the human body is very easy for us to do with Qiqong. Where there was once discomfort or desperation the power to become new, healed, or wise appears.

Cultivating Qi will make you more vital, magnetic, and productive. Harmonious Qi will make you more resilent to stress and less vulnerable to negative situations. It can make you feel high without any harmful side effects. It can improve productivity, improve relationships, improve health, improve fitness, reverse aging, and so much more basically improving life for all. The possibilities are endless.

There are no boundries to who can benefit-the very old and the very young, people who are extremely ill and those who are well and like to stay well.

Following Qiqong I will guide you on a very powerful meditation that I put together to manifest great healing and transformation for yourself and loved ones.

This is free to make available to all. However, donations are greatly appreciated for my time, meetup expenses, and to be able to make more meetups and other helpful tools available.
