Seattle native! Sean helps busy professionals invest in commercial real estate. He oversees the hand-to-hand combat, so friends/family enjoy turnkey ownership and better returns. Personally, Sean owns income property across four states and has spearheaded 75+ deals ranging from value-add renovations to new construction. Prior to becoming a strip-mall enthusiast, he worked at Microsoft & EA Sports selling Xbox Ads to Hollywood and automakers. Sean graduated from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington with concentrations in Marketing, Technology and Sales.

Ryan has experience in real estate development to include ground-up development of luxury condos, single-family homes, and full renovation projects located in challenging high density urban markets. Ryan’s company owns over 4,000 units of storage, RV Parks, and MHPs. For SIG, Ryan is responsible for investor relations and capital raises for projects. Ryan graduated from Mercyhurst University with a bachelor’s degree in Business, with concentrations in Marketing, Management, and Advertising.
