What we're about

Purpose: To bring together like-minded people to train in fitness, self-defense and related disciplines.

Who should join?: Anyone interested in both improving fitness and self-defense abilities. All prior self-defense and martial arts systems welcome. All skill levels welcome. (Training is for teenagers and adults, only.)

What will we do?: TRAIN! We won't waste much time on talk or philosophy, focusing on fitness and developing realistic skills. Bring towels and hydration, as we plan to sweat. Keep an open mind and a receptive heart.

If you're interested in realistic self-defense and fitness training, this is the group to join. Led by a former police defensive tactics instructor with amateur fighting experience in four sports, he can guide your to train like a professional fighter, but with a serious eye to threats encountered in our streets.

This group is ideal for police, correctional officers, fitness enthusiasts interested in self-defense, martial artists seeking to improve either their techniques or fitness, and anyone interested in bringing either fitness or self-defense to the next level.
