ReasonML September Meetup at Facebook!

Details
Summer's over - so much has happened - let the meet-ups re-commence đ
Our next event will be held at the ostentatious Facebook.
Our ecosystem has exploded over the last couple of months. Real apps have been shipped, new libraries have been released, and documentation is better than ever.
Lets see what's out there explorers!
âď¸ Our First Speaker!
Josh Hargreaves from Bloomberg
3-2-1 RACE! Will compiling ReasonML to native supercharge React-Native apps?
One of Reasonâs most compelling uses is generating exceptional JS through Bucklescript. This makes creating web apps and mobiles apps a breeze, thanks to React-Native.
Hold on though, what about high performance code? C++ is usually the language of choice for high-performance across mobile platforms, but what if we write our critical code in ReasonML and compile directly to true native? Is this easy to integrate into our app? Is the outcome amazing or lacklustre? Do I ever have to write C++ again? Let's find out.
âď¸ Our Second Speaker!
Runhang Li (https://github.com/objmagic) from Twitter's Real-Time Compute team
Extending ReasonML and OCaml
All the way from sunny San Fran, core OCaml contributor Runhang Li will be showing us how to extend the ReasonML/OCaml language for ourselves with boatloads of useful applications and scenarios.
âď¸ Our Third Speaker!
Patrick Stapfer (https://twitter.com/ryyppy)
Making unreasonable states impossible
Wouldnât it be great if you could ensure that your application, no matter how much youâve angered the Software Gods, could not get into weird states? Think of how much easier it would be to document functionality, how much time youâd save on complex test scenarios, and how much more sleep youâd get. That dream can be yours today - and the enigmatic Patrick Stapfer will show you how!
