Ever feel like you sit too much? But aren't really sure what the other options are?
In this open workshop we'll show you some different ways to spend more time (comfortably) on the floor. For those who feel like it, we can also play around with rolling, crawling, and how to get up off the floor (not so easy when you are used to sitting in chairs!).
Feel free to wander in and out as you like, there's no set time that you need to stay. We welcome everyone. This is a safe place to start to explore movement. Introverts welcome!
For those that like beer, this location is right next to Red Door Brewing so feel free to make that part of your evening as well!
