About us
This group is operated by the New York Satsang Society, Inc., A Chartered Affiliate of Eckankar. October 1, 2022
Hello! This is a group for anyone who would like to explore how divine guidance is a part of our daily lives. We’ll share spiritual experiences with like-minded others and fine-tune our ability to listen to the inner voice, the quiet whisper that helps us navigate challenges and recognize the beauty of each day. We’ll learn techniques to gain understanding, consider possible past lives and waking dreams, and chart a path of well-being, wisdom, spiritual freedom, and awareness.
Have you had a spiritual experience? Meet other people who have had experiences like you. Discuss out-of-body adventures, dreams, déjà vu, near-death experiences, seeing an inner light, hearing an inner sound, or having a sense that you have lived before.
You and a friend are welcome to attend any or all events. There is never a charge for attending a Meetup.
This Meetup is sponsored by the NY Satsang Society, a chartered affiliate of Eckankar, the Path of Spiritual Freedom. Eckankar is an ancient spiritual teaching and a modern-day religion that offers spiritual techniques and resources for individuals to discover truth for themselves. To learn more about Eckankar, please visit: http://www.eckankar.org
"The farther you go, the fewer maps are available to chart the path. There are fewer travelers. There are fewer players to tell you what to look for, what to watch out for. It is up to you to keep your eyes wide open and stay alert to the guidance of the ECK (Holy Spirit)." —Harold Klemp, ECK Wisdom on Inner Guidance, p. 34

Recognizing That You Are Worthy of God’s Love
ECKANKAR Center of Rochester, 312 West Commercial Street, East Rochester, NY, US7 attendees from 5 groupsWhen life wears you down, how do you know that God’s love is still with you?
God’s love surrounds you always. Sometimes it takes just a tiny shift in consciousness to recognize it. Experience the uplifting effects of singing HU, an ancient, sacred name for God, and join welcoming small-group discussions to explore how God’s ever-present love can help us through fears, trials, and hardships.
In The Sound of Soul, ECK Master Harold Klemp offers this insight about the unconditional nature of divine love:
"Divine love has no conditions—it simply loves. God loves, but not because we deserve it or have earned it. The reason is simply that God is love, therefore God loves. We are Soul, God's creation, and It loves us because that is Its nature” (p. 11).You are warmly invited to attend this ECK Light and Sound Service, titled “Recognizing That You Are Worthy of God’s Love,” on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 11:00 am–12:00 pm. All are welcome!
