Welcome. This meeting is for those coping with Depression, Anxiety, and bouts of Suicide. We will form a community of support and accountability while learning proven methods for overcoming depression and anxiety. But don't worry, this is not a sad group! We will deal with our struggles but our ultimate goal is to get back to happiness. The place we were designed to be. You were made to be happy. Yes. You. Happy. The research for creating happiness in our individual lives is staggering. But only 7 people ever read that research, instead they focus on the negative and the struggles. This group will be filled with music, meditation, yoga, dancing, writing, eating, drinking and so much more. Join us and let's map our way back to happiness where we belong. See you soon.
