If you are looking for stable sameness and just want to hear an academic lecture, this won't be your best choice in a group.
The exercises offered will likely be new material to most, so bring an open mind and listening body. What will be offered comes from over two decades of exploration and involvement into various body-awareness methods. Depending on the practices offered in the meet-up, you may be asked to bring a yoga mat. Body-awareness is a big key to overall self-improvement and upping you quality of life. If you feel better, you do better. If you do better, you feel better.
