What we're about

We believe that within a mutually supportive environment, everyone can improve their speaking skills.

At Redhill and Reigate Speakers Club we practise public speaking in a friendly, supportive environment, giving people the opportunity to develop confidence, reduce fears, and improve their speaking skills.

When you join you will be guided to deliver a series of speeches and will receive constructive feedback from fellow members You will learn to listen attentively, to speak "off the cuff", to hold an audience and move them to laughter, tears and action. You’ll also have fun along the way.

So come and join our Speakers Club and learn to speak confidently and effectively in front of people in a fun and friendly environment.

Become a better speaker, better presenter and better leader.

We're a small friendly speakers club, with 8-10 regular members - 50% of which are accomplished speakers. Affiliated to the Association of Speakers Clubs, we're very much looking forward to meeting you and providing any assistance we can on your speaking journey. Each meeting starts with a warm up and prepared speeches and perhaps a workshop or useful exercises. After a break, where refreshments are available from the Toby Carvery, we have a round robin where everyone gets chance to speak from the front. So do join us - even if it's only for an hour - and if you'd like to join as a full time member we offer 6 meetings for £18 (get one free!).
