Details

Getting Started with Python (FREE)
This course aims to teach everyone the basics of the Python programming language. We cover the basics of how one constructs a program from a series of simple instructions in Python. The course has no pre-requisites and avoids all but the simplest mathematics. Anyone with moderate computer experience should be able to master the materials in this course. We'll cover a large amount of the basics during the first portion of the workshop and prepare you for an actual project that you'll be coding yourself at the end.

Please get your laptop, we'll update this meetup with instructions to set up your laptop prior to the workshop.

You'll also be welcome to continue learning Python by coming to Redmond Python - Redmond's Python meetup group! You can learn more at https://www.meetup.com/Redmond-Python-User-Group/

About the Instructor:
Fernando Medina Corey is a cloud services expert, data engineer and technical course author. He has been coding with Python for over five years and still uses it as his primary coding language. He loves prototyping applications with new datasets and explaining new technical concepts and tools to complete beginners and experienced developers.
