Intro to Yoga on Paddleboards
This is a 4-week series to introduce you to how to use a paddle board, try yoga on paddle boards, and generally have fun! What to expect: - Enrollment includes equipment rental of a board, paddle, personal flotation device (life jacket), and anchor - Each session includes a warm-up paddle to the yoga location, 45 minutes of yoga, and a quick paddle back in. Expect to be paddling for about 75 minutes total. What to bring: - Wear water-safe clothing or a swimsuit. While you may not fall in the water, we think it's more fun if you do! - Wear sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses with a tether. - Bring a water bottle for after our SUP or one you can strap to your body for during class. - Lockers will be provided for personal belongings during class. Plan to leave any belongings in the locker unless you have a dry sack. Details: We meet at Padddle House at 9am and return by 11am.
