Join us for a weekly event to start your Sunday off with a sense of inner-peace!!
We start each Soulful Sunday with a spiritual reading, a guided meditation, and then a soulfilling Sound Bath with Crystal singing bowls and a variety of other instruments.

Join us on ZOOM for a Gentle Flow Yoga class. During these classes, we will work on connecting our mind and body through a series of postures. These movements are used to increase flexibility, balance and relieve stress. There are many other benefits of a yoga practice.
We will start each class with a moment of silence through meditation and end each class with a moment of gratitude.

: Chair Yoga is a great way to enjoy the benefits of yoga without having to get in positions that make you uncomfortable. We incorporate many "mainstream" postures to challenge you while acknowledging any physical limitations you may have. Each class is started with a brief meditation and ends with a moment of re-centering and gratitude. It's the perfect way to start your weekend with some SELF-CARE

Mediation teaches us to bring Mindfulness into our daily lives.
Whether you are setting aside a dedicated period of time or finding moments of quiet reflection to focus on the breath, the end result is the same.

Not only does Mindfulness and Mediation relax the chattering mind, it also eases tension and anxiety; lowers heart rate and blood pressure; and reduces the production of stress hormones.

I call it "Pushing the RESET button."
When we are calm and centered, it is easier to tap into our intuition and inner wisdom.

There are many different ways to mediate, so every week we explore many options and topics.
