Reinventing Work: Adelaide intends to explore, share, learn and practice new ways of working; ways of working that put humans front and centre of organisational life. Our purpose (written in pencil) is to make Adelaide a better place to work.
We will explore the meaning of self-management, wholeness and purpose in the workplace. We’ll aim to make Adelaide a better place to work by learning to understand and experience the practices being used by evolving organisations who have moved away from traditional, hierarchical ways of working.
In keeping with the ethos of collaboration, as hosts we aim to walk the “chaordic" path between building a frame and inviting everyone to co-create the content and the agenda.
Reinventing Work: Adelaide is for anyone interested in the future of work, self-organising teams, self-management, deliberately developmental workplace practices, wholeness at work, emergent hierarchies, participatory change, decentralised leadership, distributed authority, collaboration, new ways of working and organisation design.
