What we're about

This is an online group that meets every week to go through a live, guided meditation online. Topics covered are: relaxation, grounding, compassion, healing, resilience and others.

Everyone is welcome. This is a specially beneficial practice for people who experience stress, overwhelm, anxiety and uncertainty on a regular basis.

In each meeting, participants go through a very gentle (but powerful) relaxation practice that facilitates rest, healing, centeredness and peace. People have the opportunity to comment and connect. Together we bring calmness to these days filled with uncertainty.
