MBSR Body Scan with 30 min Seated Open Awareness Closing Mediation.
We will do a classic 45 min MBSR Body Scan and close with a 30 min Seated Open Awareness Meditation. Above you will see my cell number to contact me for a address. Please bring a quilt or yoga mat to lay down on the floor for comfort. I suggest you also pack a light blanket for comfort. I have two dogs which I will have crated for everyone's comfort. There is a small parking lot across from the house at the park, or you may park on the street. We can start with this mediation and than collectively determine our new direction together.     What we're about

    Our beginner's guide to Relaxation and Stress Reduction is specifically designed to help anyone who wants to be able to relax their mind and body but feels like they don't know how to or that it simply doesn't work for them. Our message to you is that EVERYONE can learn to relax and quiet the mind with guidance and a little practice. This combination is a wonderful way to assist you in reducing your stress levels, managing levels of anxiety, lowering physical pain that results in stress, and helping you navigate interpersonal relationships; leaving you in a place of peace, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
