What we're about

This group is for those interested in participating in group meditation practice. While meditation is fundamentally about self-exploration, and knowing yourSelf better. When we quiet ourselves and tap into the shared silence with a shared intention, the impact is quite profound. A shared group practice becomes personally and socially more powerful. Some benefits of practing meditation in community include: 1) feeling more connected; 2) energetically supporting each other; 3) ability to create shared intentions and offer the fruits of practice to our larger community. (Note: there have been numerous studies that have shown that a large group of people meditating together has a measurable effect on the greater population.)
