Join us for a meetup a few days after First Robotics Competition kickoff to see how things are going, share tips, and the like.
At our ongoing discussions we share the practicalities of teaching hands-on subjects like robotics in the current era, tips on good software and hardware to use in mixed home and school environments, and more.
We encourage others with similar issues (hands-on museums and and after-school programs, for example) to join us too. New members need to be approved by an organizer, and must be able to describe their interest in the subject adequately to keep the experience focused for all. This meetup is for coaches and mentors, not students.
NOTE that you need to sign up FOR EACH EVENT to get the Zoom link, which is unique each time. We don't post it, for our collective security. Registration closes about 5 PM Pacific the day of the event, and we will send out the Zoom link shortly thereafter. Events are NOT recorded so people can speak freely - you need to join us to get all the info!
