Vibrational Healing Yoga Retreat with Cynthia Roy
Vibrational Healing is the art and science of consciously bringing those vibrational frequencies back into harmonic alignment through the use of vibratory tools (tuning forks), including light, color, sound, crystals and aromatherapy.
8 Days, 7 Nights
March 4, 2017 – March 11, 2017 Agua Blanca Canyon Resort, Mexico
Cynthia Roy leads you through eight days and seven nights of vibrational healing inspired yoga and meditation. She will be using classical techniques including asana, pranayama, meditation and chanting as well as using Western techniques that will include pure therapeutic grade essential oils along with Pythagorean Tuning Forks, together known as the Vibrational Raindrop Technique. What is the Vibrational Raindrop Technique?
Be a part of creating a sacred space, opening your heart and soul to healing. We will come together in community with others to explore the areas of personal strength and inner courage.
We will open our hearts to...
-Embrace your life and yourself with love, abundance and beauty.
-Unleash you’re your creativity, intuition, and wisdom.
-Bring into light your freedom, sovereignty, and authenticity.
Meditation with essential oils and Aromatherapy can be very cleansing and empowering when used properly, and can enhance the experience by grounding you and creating a sense of calm.
Here, we open ourselves to re-establish pathways for healing. With compassion and gratitude, we learn to release what is holding us back from our true nature and our purpose so that we may create space in our lives for love of self, for healing, for laughter, and for joy. We shall develop our capacity to connect with Mother Earth, our Divine Creator, embracing guidance and intuition.
Cynthia is an approved YACEP by Yoga Alliance. 25 Non-contact hours will be provided for this Retreat for Continuing Education Requirements.
