PowerShell Core Concepts: Configuring PSRemoting security and logging

Details

Join us for a discussion on a PowerShell core concept: PSRemoting

Mike Kanakos will walk us through the major pieces of PowerShell remoting. This talk will focus on security and logging along with a discussion about convincing your InfoSec team that remoting is safe to use.

Mike is an Active Directory Engineer at Fortune 20 company and relies on remoting for most his work during the day. Mike is the co-leader of RTPSUG, director of community engagement for PowerShell.org and a frequent contributor to the PowerShell community.

Join Mike for a walk-through on all the major pieces involved in PowerShell remoting and use remoting safely and securely. As always, our group is open to anyone who would like to learn more about PowerShell.

This is a live-streamed event that will be recorded and posted on YouTube afterward. By attending this meeting, you agree to allow us to use any recordings of yourself for later use and allow future postings in public forums such as YouTube and Reddit.
