QiGong is a self-healing practice using slow and flowing movements with rhythmic breathing. The standing exercises enable one to improve overall well-being, reduce stress, increase balance and flexibility, improve health, and promote a healthy flow of Qi or Chi (essence of life) throughout the body. Class Instructor Karen Steinbrecher has been practicing QiGong for over 20 years. Her class combines teachings from various schools of QiGong and honor practices that follow and support transition and the rhythms of the seasons.
