Personal disruption - how can we lessen the personal impact?
As with the proverbial aeroplane oxygen mask, project professionals must take care of themselves before they can responsibly support all project stakeholders. Covid-19 has illustrated personal disruption from unprecendented change.
Following all ideas from our 29th April Lunch & Learn (we'll message these to you on Wednesday morning), we invite your participation in discussion towards taking positive action given the current disruption. A pandemic has gifted us all a common experience; now we can truly see many different ways people are personally impacted. Let’s decide how to be and to act, setting our intentions for resilience and adaptation. Partner with us to support each other to decide our personal strategies.
Please bring your own reflections of how you have personally been affected; these can then be added to the 29th April ideas.
This is a virtual event and is suitable for novice and experienced project professionals, apprentices and students of project management. This session will focus on ideas to move forward and will engage you in discussion in breakout groups and Q&A.
