What we’re about
We all know that the majority of organisations, as they are run today are poor. However we measure, less than 1 in 5 are truly engaged at work, whether manager or employee. This alone is disgusting. Yet with approaches such as Holacracy and so-called Evolutionary Teal organisation practices we may be witnessing a "light at the end of the tunnel". It is at this meet-up where we exchange our own pioneering experiences.
