We are part of Business Networking International, and one of Northern Virginia's most successful business networking groups. A big part of that success goes to the visitors who join us. Our meetings typically include 20-30 members and guests all of whom are eager to share referrals. (Note: most members do not RSVP on Meetup, but we always have those numbers).
The details: This is a structured meeting. Visitors get the most out of it if they arrive by noon at the latest so they have time to sign in and network.
· 11:45 to 12:10: Networking
· 12:10 to 1:30: Meeting (45-second elevator pitch from members and guests, 10-minute keynote presentation from a member, passing of referrals and reporting closed business)
· 1:30: Networking
The meeting fee is $23 cash or $24 credit, which includes a gourmet plated lunch and dessert. Bring about 40 business cards to pass around the room.
