RESURGENCE SATURDAY MEETUP & FILM: 'TOMORROW'
Details
Please join us for another friendly Resurgence Readers' Meetup followed at 1.30pm by a screening of 'Demain' (Tomorrow), a feel-good documentary about positive solutions to most of the world's ecological and socio-economic crises.
"'Tomorrow' provides a comprehensive look at ways in which activists, organizers and everyday citizens are trying to make the world a better, greener, more sustainable place." (Hollywood Reporter Reviews )
You are welcome to join our readers' group even if you're not a subscriber to Resurgence & Ecologist. As you'll see from the link below, there are plenty of interesting articles free to read on their website, which you could discuss in our morning session. Of course we highly recommend signing up to this excellent magazine, which we feel is the best publication available on environmental issues, plus social justice, activism, ethical living and the arts (and is actually run as a charity as well!). Current magazine articles are available on the following link:

For this meetup we will also have the pleasure of meeting the Bournemouth Resurgence Readers' Group, who will be joining us so that they can experience the wonderful environment and beautiful estate and 'Secret Garden' at Hilfield Friary.
This is a free entry meetup, but a donation of £5-£10 would be much appreciated to cover costs for this lovely venue and refreshments. Hot drinks will be provided, but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH, and suitable footwear if you'd like to walk round the beautiful Friary grounds.
For further information on Hilfield Friary, please see http://hilfieldfriary.org.uk/
