Craig will discuss innovation in Facilities Data Management. His previous focus was the implementation of BIM into facility operations and was responsible for information management within the Office of Physical Plant at Penn State. Craig is also a Practitioner Instructor of Architectural Engineering and has a background of Facility Asset Management.

With a decade of experience dealing with BIM & FM, Melanie will discuss the data that goes to the Facilities Manager and how they prepare it for their other "owner" stakeholders to use.
