What we’re about
Rhode Island fermentation enthusiasts unite! RIFT is a monthly gathering of people who love making beer, mead, cider, and other fermented beverages. All ages (over 21!) and experience levels are welcome. We meet in a different location every third Thursday of the month, and occasionally have special events for brewery tours, big brews, grain buys, and cider pressings.

For our August meeting, RIFT goes on a field trip to the Tower Hill Brewing Company in South Kingstown. This is an opportunity to visit the brewery, talk with some of the staff, and enjoy delicious beer.
RIFT meetings involve beer sharing. Since this is a commercial establishment, please don't bring any outside commercial brews. There are plenty of brews on the menu at Tower Hill Brewing. However, people are welcome to bring homebrews to the event to share. So, if you have something already made, you're welcome to bring homebrews.
The brewery is located in The Village at South County Commons in South Kingstown.
