Shereen El Domeiri is an experienced attorney and a certified privacy professional. Her law practice focuses on business transactions, compliance, intellectual property, data protection, privacy, and Esports. Shereen combines strong interpersonal skills and broad legal experience with creative and practical problem-solving. She has worked with domestic and international companies where she assisted various business lines and corporate service departments including Human Resources, IT, Internal Audit, Accounting, Operations, and Compliance. She provides sound, practical, comprehensive high-quality legal counsel and compliance services tailored to each client’s culture and specific issues for established and emerging companies doing business in Texas. She is active in many professional and community associations. Currently, she serves as Co-Chair of the Esports Trade Association’s Dallas Chapter and on the Regulatory Committee. She is also a leader with the Dallas Bar Association serving as Co-Chair of the Solo & Small Firm Section and Secretary of the Science and Technology Section, and serves as an Adjunct Professor at UNT College of Law. She also is a member of the Dallas Summit and serves her community by mentoring young lawyers and serving on the board of several PTAs in Richardson ISD. Shereen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Bryn Mawr College and received her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

Michaela Frank is a former Digital Media Specialist turned Career and Technology Educator. When she is not writing curriculum, designing E-Learning, and learning new EduTech tools, she likes to help schools and educators build Esports programs, coaching new esports managers, running K-12 esports tournaments, and advocating for the future of Esports and EsportsEdu. Somewhere along the way, she gained an M.Ed in Learning and Technology. Michaela is currently a Co-Chair for the Esports Trade Association - Dallas Chapter, Director of the Texas Esports Federation, and Director of Accounts for M&M Education Company - helping schools connect with and bring industry professionals to the classrooms.
