RLF Lesbian Community Meetup is your virtual women's community center -- a conduit to a real community. Everyone who joins the group can post events. GET OUR NEWSLETTER!
What type of group can I have? <br>
If you want to meet and mingle with women who are more specifically like you, you can. Make your art show or music gig a meetup. If you want to see that movie with others, this is the place to find them.
The only events we ask you not to post are moneymaking endeavers and large institutional events where women do not actually meet or interact.
What obligation do I have when I post an event? If you host an event, of course, you need to be there. :) Be friendly and welcome everyone who comes to your event. Everyone deserves respect! If this is a large event, specify a spot where the others can find you. <br>
Meetups could be created for: <br>
• women in their 20's and 30's
• womanist groups <br>
• women working through trauma (leader needed with relevant credentials) <br>
• queer women <br>
• women in the arts
• approved political actions <br>

The Meetup is designed for:
• Our meetups are for real, in-person respectful conversations
• Open and honest intentions.
• Safe, secure events in a public place.

RLF welcomes... all women, including bi-sexual women, womanists, transgender women, queer, same gender loving women, questioning women, gay women, dykes, lesbians and lesbian feminists. Decisions are based on consensus--everyone's voice matters. We provide social and networking opportunities as well as information on political actions to oppose those forces that seek to marginalize, silence and limit our lives. We endeavor to provide a safe and welcoming space to nurture the authentic, unique and precious voice of each woman. <br>
