Welcome to our Tai Chi Community! We glad to see you have in interest in your personal wellness and longevity! This group is designed to teach those of all ages and experience whom desire a new way of being and breathing! We practice the 36 posture short form yang style tai chi chuan, qigong breathing/ meditation, and nutritional wellness ; bringing awareness and martial applications to daily life.

Welcome Saturday morning Tai Chi at the Carillon ! (beginning Sat April 3rd at 8am)

In this community class Erik Garletts, long time student of Wilson Pitts, will lead the learning of loosening warm-ups followed by the first 12 postures of Tai Chi short form.

* Be sure to eat warm, nutritious breakfast to warm your chi before class. Hot tea will be provided for all - B.Y.O.C(cup)

We will meet on the lawn at the Carillon at 8am -9am Saturday mornings ( weather permitting). Class is donation based ($5-$10 suggested)
