Bring your questions and inspirations to the space as there is time to share afterwards for those who desire to stay. This is an opportunity to raise questions and/or share about your meditation and mindfulness practice. Feel free to share or simply listen.

MEDITATION GARDENS at Unity of Bon Air are open from dawn to dusk. Enjoy a quiet stroll through more than two acres of lush beauty in back of the building. The gardens provide an invitation to slow down and experience the serenity of nature.

Meditation is scientifically proven to transcend limiting patterns and behaviors, while uplifting mental, emotional, and physical states with ease. Modern medical science has proven what meditators and mystics have known since ancient times; that a consistent meditation practice changes both the brain and the physiology of the body. This is an opportunity to create a new pattern in your life as we meditate together, connect with community, and explore new possibilities!

Denise weaves meditation into daily life to provide ease and understanding within oneself, in relationship with others, and with the outer world as it is reflected to us. She provides Breakthrough Communication Tools to improve relationships at home, work and in the community. She was born with natural abilities which she developed throughout her adult life to connect clients with loved ones in the non-physical world for healing, understanding, and forgiveness. Denise lived in Rishikesh, India, which is referred to as the birthplace of yoga where she became certified to teach Sattva Yoga under Founder and Master Teacher, Anand Mehrotra. Sattva Yoga is an all-inclusive lifestyle that takes the teachings off the mat and into daily living with:
