I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer; aka NAIT graduate. . I am in love with early morning starts and setting the pace by consciously choosing actions that light me up inside and make me feel alive! . This includes morning runs in the river valley, functional training exercises, high intensity interval training and of course stretching and moving my body. . Let’s not forget that in order to achieve this, our mind needs to be stimulated and inspired to do so as well. . Let me lead you through an HOUR of outdoor exercises combined with a decent run in our river valley trail system here in Edmonton. . This group will be for all age groups, all fitness levels and all weather forecasts! . Come prepared ~ Please bring: water bottle, decent pair of running shoes, dress in comfortable clothing you can sweat in, and a positive mental attitude! . I can’t wait to meet you!
