What we're about

Everyone dreams of flipping houses, but very few ever really do it. Why is that? Rehabs are fun and challenging, and the profits are substantial. Plus, compared to other investments, you receive your profits in months (not years)! So why don’t more people do it? The answer is simple; people don’t how to get started. They don’t know what to do, where to go, or who to trust. In response, we have decided to help make this process easier.

Riverside County "Fix & Flip" Meetup is making “fix and flip” investing as easy as possible. We have broken down the fix and flip process into four easy to understand steps: (1) How to “Find” houses to flip, (2) How to “Finance” your purchase, (3) How to “Fix” your house, and (4) How to “Flip” your houses quickly.

We meet at various locations around Riverside County and learn the basics. Looking forward to seeing you at our next Meetup and networking with our other investors.

The title of Alan’s presentation is “How to Find Financing For Your Next Deal.” At this presentation Alan will discuss how to: 1. Find funding sources 2. Access thousands of private lenders near you 3. Advertise for private lenders 4. Structure your loans 5. Discover the “California Loophole” 6. Fund commercial deals 7. Fund multi-residential properties 8. Move your real estate investing business onto the “Fast Track” Since 1995, Alan has done hundreds of real estate transactions. Alan uses Private Lenders, to fund his real estate purchases. By doing this, he has created his own private bank of funds. Alan looks for "Win - Win" situations, where the seller, the lender, and the eventual homeowner can all "Win". He is not a Realtor, but a Private Investor. Alan’s philosophy is simple, “Short-Term Money – Long-Term Relationships.” Apply this philosophy in your deals and you will always be successful. Don’t miss this special presentation. Out-of-State Investing Summit

Olympic Collection

Out-of-State Investing Summit “Be an Investor – Not a Landlord” Los Angeles Real Estate Investors Club ("LAREIC") have identified the four strongest cities in the United States that have dynamic job and population growth, along with affordability, landlord-friendly laws, renter desirability, and positive cash flow. We then identified the most respected turnkey operations in each of those cities that can buy distressed properties at a substantial discount, renovate the properties efficiently, make them rent-ready, find qualified tenants, and then manage the properties professionally. Hence the term “turnkey.” And they all be joining us at LAREIC’s “Out-of-State Investing Summit.” Don't miss it! We'll be featuring representatives from the hottest cities to invest right now for stellar positive cash flow, including: 1. Memphis, TN 2. Orlando, FL 3. Indianapolis, IN 4. Bentonville, AR After all, why buy only one $600,000 house in Los Angeles (with negative cash flow) when you can buy six $100,000 houses in one of these cities and enjoy positive cash flow without any of the landlord headaches. This is why we say "Be an investor - not a landlord." The marvelous thing about turnkey companies is that they do everything for you! They find and buy the house, renovate it at their cost, rent it to a qualified tenant, sell the house to you below market, manage the property for you, and send you a check every month. This is a very exciting cash flow strategy. Don't miss it! See you at our Summit. Keynote Speaker: We honored to have Kathy Fettke (Real Wealth Network) as our keynote speaker discussing the benefits of investing out of state. Date: Saturday, April 27, 2019 Time: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Location: Olympic Collection, 11301 W. Olympic Blvd., West LA 90064 FREE ADMISSION. Admission to this special Saturday event is complimentary.
