With COVID-19/Social Distancing Guidelines we will be sure to stay 6 feet apart on the trails and attempt to go at non peak hours where possible. Meet up at various locations throughout Salt Lake Area and Utah Valley and go on intermediate speed trail runs. For people in shape but not up to the ultra athlete level or just anyone ok with running at good intermediate speed and few if any rests. They will vary in length anywhere from a minimum of 40 min. up to 3 hours.
