RocAgile: Theory of Constraints – Current Reality Trees

Details
Join RocAgile in exploring how to apply theory of constraints (TOC), a concept founded by Eliyahu Goldratt. His business novels (The Goal, It’s Not Luck, and Critical Chain) apply TOC to manufacturing, business, and project management. We’ll use Agile principles of self-organization to logically arrange observations (undesirable effects) into a current reality logic tree.
