The Rockland County Pride Center hosts many Meetups to support the LGBTQ+ community, we are actively working on creating our own space. We have support groups for Lesbians, Gay Men, Transgender that meet monthly. Plus we are host to Rockland Pride and many other LGBTQ+ events in Rockland County.
The reconstituted *RGMA will begin as a supportive meet-up, discussion group, and social event. It’s a confidential 1½ hour meeting that will be driven, in part, by the participants of the group. The group is open to men who identify as Gay, Bi, Queer, MSM, Same Gender Loving, Questioning or . . . no matter how you identify, whether you are single or in a relationship, you are welcome.
Feel free to drop-in at any session. Although the sessions are held in Rockland County, men from other communities are most welcome.
PFLAG Trans-Parents is a support discussion group for parents, relatives, friends, and allies of children and youth identifying as transgender, genderqueer and gender non-conforming. PFLAG (Parents,Families and Friends of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender people) is happy to announce this group.
