Join Kula for Karma’s Brialle Ringer and Lauren Puzen each week for mindfulness, meditation, and yoga that works with each person’s pace and ability. This program is offered free to members of the LGBTQ+ community. Donations always welcome.
Yoga mats available or bring your own. Some blocks and blankets provided.
Trans, cis, non-binary…all LGBTQ+ folks welcome!

Getting older brings life changes no matter who we are, and being LGBTQ+ can heighten the challenges this brings. Some of us may have physical challenges, we may have lost partners, family, and/or close friends, we may feel isolated or lonely, or we may simply be feeling a lack of opportunity to discuss events whether positive or not so positive with others who share common life experiences.

Woman to Woman: A Lesbian Social & Support Group
Meets the 4th Tuesday of the Month
6:30pm – 7:30pm

Woman to Woman is a meet-up, discussion group, and social event. No matter how you identify, whether you are single or in a relationship, if you feel you belong, you are welcome. Women from around the country (and the world!) are welcome!
