Roosevelt Island Toastmasters Club meets bi-weekly at 531 Main Street. Through mentorships and a supportive community, we take your “I’m nervous to speak at meetings” attitude and transform it into an “I’m going to give a TED Talk” boldness – or at the very least, we'll build your confidence to give great presentations and lead meetings.
Join us for an open house on June 12th with Columbia University’s Susan Cameron
Susan is an actor, educator, author, accent coach and the head of voice and speech at Columbia University. On June 12th she will lead a training on accent modification. This will be useful for both native and non-native English speakers.
