There are a number of ways a user can interact with a website, from how they navigate content areas, compare and make decisions about products, and interpret their next steps to make a purchase. Do you know what your users are actually doing on your site?
Danielle Mundle from Magento will share her insights on how understanding the user experience on your ecommerce site can impact conversion. You’ll learn tips for conducting low-cost, low-effort user research on your site to determine where to make improvements.
Guido Jansen will afterward lead an interactive discussion between Danielle and attendees about their current challenges and other topics around Magento and UX.
