Ruby::AZ Meetup - Creating melody with ruby

NOTE: For parking, you can use the garage entrance on 2nd avenue just north of Adams. Valet and Freshly will validate.

Let's use Ruby to generate original melodies. Part music theory and part coding, we will discuss what patterns make a melody "good" and how we can represent them in code.

Christopher Flannery is musician and developer. He won the Randy Rhoads Scholarship in 2005, 2006, and 2008 before earning a BA in Guitar Performance from UCLA. After completing the Odin Project in 2017, he has contributed to Verimour, Next Level Technology, HomeLight, and Freshly as a software engineer.

We meet on the third Tuesday of every month, usually at GoDaddy in Tempe but we are looking for other locations around the valley. Please reach out if you can offer up space for a meetup!
