Weekly Ruby

Work on Ruby projects around other Ruby developers. We’re open to all frameworks (or no framework) and all skill levels.

There’s no formal agenda. Just bring along something to work on and meet people, ask for help, give some help, partner up, find some inspiration, sit quietly and focus... whatever you like. The only goal is to get some coding done.

The plan is to meet once a week. First venue will be the Shark Hotel, 127 Liverpool St (near World Square). We’ll be the guys with the laptops :) Unfortunately there’s no wi-fi and only a few power outlets, so come charged and ready to tether.

There’s a decent Thai restaurant inside (Pad Thai $12.90) and, if you get thirsty, drinks are $3.50 all night.
