Looking for something different than the usual running club? Rather than just running as group, we come together every Sunday morning for new skills and drills to improve our running & fitness... and most importantly... have FUN, of course. Then we REHYDRATE at a north Phoenix/Scottsdale brunch spot afterwards.
Hosted by Fit+Well Dynamics and led by professional Health Coach & USA Track & Field Club Coach, Dolores Harrell, each week offers a unique workout to take your running/walking to the next level. All levels of skill and experience are welcome. Work at your own pace and comfort level. No matter who you are, there will be drills suited for you.
We will also get together to run a variety of road races (5K to marathons), as well as have some NO SWEAT get-togethers, where we put the workouts aside and just go play. With us, it's all RUN & GAMES!
