What we're about
This is a group for anyone interested in staying healthy and exercising together in a friendly, supportive group format. Most participants exercise a bit already, and enjoy coming together once a week for the social aspects and variety that these workouts provide. We typically do two or three short "events" that last between five and fifteen minutes each. Sometimes we repeat past workouts to see to if we've made progress. As the organizer, I have found this group to be helpful for my own wellness journey. It helps me stay consistent with exercise and do more "cardio" training which I don't often do on my own. I've also learned that I'm more successful in staying active if I have a support system around me- people to meet at a given time and place for a given workout. This group has helped with that too.
