How do you become a fitter, faster runner? Improve your form? Develop endurance, speed, strong legs and stronger lungs? The track is the best place to start. All Blue Crew members are welcomed at the McClatchy High School Track every week at 6:00 pm for training with R4R coach Rich Warner.
Each week will focus on structured workouts which involve running specific intervals, times or distances at specific paces. We will also discuss proper running forms, strategies and best practices to help you reach your personal running goals.
Parking is FREE after 6pm on 17th Street and Cordano Way. We suggest parking on Cordano and walking over to the track entrance.
*NOTE: This is an all weather track!
Workouts will start promptly at 6 pm. We recommend that you bring a watch with a timer, water bottle, a headlamp (Seasonal) and a good attitude. #GORHETT
