Sacramento track workouts at American River College will be held on Tuesday nights!! How do you become a fitter, faster runner? Improve your form? Develop endurance, speed, strong legs and stronger lungs? The track is the best place to start.

Each week will involve structured workouts which involve running specific intervals, times or distances at specific paces.
We will also discuss proper running forms, strategies and best practices to help you reach your personal running goals.
Workouts will start promptly at 6 pm.
Recommend bringing a watch with a timer, water bottle and a good attitude.
