Are you a runner? In training? Wanting to start an exercise plan with great company? Carol Thomas with Breakaway Sport + Fitness is the woman you need! Join her every Tuesday of this month as she trains athletes on all levels. Join us for a 15 minute intro/warm up, 30 minute routed run, and lastly end with a 15 minute cool down. You don't want to miss out!
